CTMS Standard Reports collect and organize data to many reports pertaining to different aspects of study activity/progress. Most reports also include a set of filters specific to the data they contain.
Available Standard Reports
Below you will find a brief description for each report. Click on the report name to link to additional report details.
Action Items Report
The Action Items Report will provide a current overview of the status of all existing action item sets.
Contact List
The Contact List report will show the contact information for personnel assigned at the study, vendor, and site levels.
Deviation Trends
The Deviation Trends report will show the status on Study Deviations at an enterprise or study level.
Enrollment Report
Overview of enrollment figures and trends in a study
Feasibility Report
Cross-site review of feasibility responses received in a study.
Milestone Gantt Chart
The Milestone Gantt Chart Report provides an overview of the trial status as a project management chart. The report will display Study Milestones and Site Milestones defined for each study.
Milestone Performance
The Milestone Performance Report will display a summary of the expected versus actual duration between milestones at the study and site level for each study.
Milestone Summary
The Milestone Summary Report will show a summary of study and site milestones at the enterprise level or study specific data on “Past Due Milestones”, “Upcoming Milestones” and “Milestone Averages”.
Monitoring Status Report
The Monitoring Status Report is an overview of the monitoring status for each study. This report includes “Monitoring Overview”, “Monitoring Overview Table”, “Monitoring Status”, “Monitoring Reports”, and “Monitoring Averages”.
Monitoring Visit Schedule Report
The Monitoring Visit Schedule Report will display a schedule for monitoring visits with the expected versus actual visit dates.
Patient Report
The Patient Report will display the questions defined for each Patient at each site for each study.
Patient Visit Schedule Report
The Patient Visit Schedule Report will display a visit schedule for patients with the expected versus actual visit dates.
Site Contracts
The Site Contracts Report provides a table for each Site Contract defined at a study.
Site Metrics
The Site Metrics Report displays metrics on a site’s performance within EDC. The Site Metrics Report will report on sites that have been linked to EDC sites and show their average performance across all studies in which the site has participated.
Site Status
Track site status at a study level (ex. Start-up, Feasibility, Conduct, etc.).
Site Visit Report
Extract comparative information about site visit reports in one or more studies
Study Budget Report
The Study Budget Report provides the budgets as defined on the Study Budgets, Site Budgets, and Vendor Budgets for each study.
Study Milestone Metrics
The Study Milestone Metrics report will display a summary of milestones at the study and site level for each study.
Study Status
Review project planning and progress for a study.
Submission Details
The Submission Details report will show the status of regulatory submissions and provide an overview of the requirements for each submission.
Submission Status Report
The Submission Status report provides a table for each submission or amendment defined at a study on the Manage Submissions Screen. The Submission Status provides submissions and amendments across all studies, with the Study filter allowing filtering to specific studies if desired.
Vendor Cost
The Vendor Cost Report provides the total costs for all vendors at a study level. The fields displayed in the report are “Vendor”, “Study”, “Total Contracted” and “Total Invoiced”. This report includes all vendors with Vendor Budget forms at the study level.
PDF Configuration
Larger reports offer the ability to customize the PDF layout to avoid a large amount of data configured into a single table.
