By clicking Download, the Site Visit Report allows you to generate an Excel export containing the Study, Site, and Creator of visit reports stored in the system alongside the current Transition Step of their respective Site Visit Report Approval. This information is pulled from the Site Visits screen for each site found in active studies within the CTMS.

Available Filters

By default, no filters will be applied to the report. This will result in the generation of a report containing all Site Visit Reports in the system, across all studies.

Choose a Study

By selecting one or more studies in the Choose a Study field, the produced report can be filtered to only contain those studies selected in the filter. By default, this filter is blank, and results in a report across all studies in the system.

Site Visit Report Template Name

By selecting one or more Site Visit Report Templates in the Site Visit Report Template Name field, the produced report can be filtered to only contain those Site Visit Report Templates selected in the filter. By default, this filter is blank, and results in a report containing all Site Visit Reports found in the selection of studies depicted in the Choose a Study filter.

Generate a Report

By clicking the Download button, a zipped Excel export will downloaded to your browser window. The zipped report contains the columns Study, Site, Transition, and Created By, and displays the associated information for each of the Site Visit Reports in the system selected by your filter settings at the time of export.
