This article covers the contents of the site contracts report and how to export the report.

• Exports

The Site Contracts Report provides a table for each Site Contract defined at a study. The Site Contracts provides contracts across all studies, with the Study filter allowing filtering to specific studies if desired.

The Site Contracts table provides filters and searching options, for the fields “Study” “Site”, “Study Site”, “Type of Contract”, “Description”, “Effective Date”, “Date of Expiration” , “Contract Status”, and “Active Site Contracts”.
The Site column is the Site Name as initially named on the Site Form and the study-specific Study Site name.

Exports

By clicking the options Excel, CSV or PDF in the Actions menu, the system will provide an export for the Site Contracts table. The export will also contain an Export Summary table to provide details of the report (user who exported the report, the study used, the role of the user, the generation time and start time of the report export).

Before exporting as a PDF, configure your exports by following the instructions for PDF Configuration.
