Permission
The permission option determines who has access to the item.
- Public – Public items are accessible to all members of the workgroup and the owner of the item.
- Workgroup – Workgroup items are accessible to all members of the workgroup and the owner of the item.
- Private – Items set to private can be seen by the workgroup administrator, contributors of the workgroup, as well as owner of the item.
