1. To unlock your account, go to the Fountayn log in screen and click the 'Problems Signing In?" link. This must be done in the Production environment at  https://secure.fountayn.com.

Note: This will require you to reset your password. If your account is locked but you know your password and do not wish to reset it, please contact us by clicking here or scrolling to the bottom of the page for contact information. 



  1. On the following screen click next to "If your account has been locked" as shown below.

  1. On the next screen, enter your username when prompted and click 'Continue'.

  1. You will see the following screen:

Please check your email. If you do not receive an email please check your junk or spam folder. If you still do not receive an email contact us via email or phone. See the bottom of the page for contact information.
  1. Once you receive the email with the link, click on the link or copy it into your internet browser. The link is very long and will end with your username followed by '&'. See below:
     

  1. Click 'Ok' and on the screen that follows (shown below) please fill in the requested information.

Password Rules:

  • Passwords are case sensitive
  • Must be 8-20 characters in length
  • Must start with a letter
  • Must include at least one number
  • Must include at least one non-hyphen character
  • Must have at least 5 unique characters
  • Depending on the Sponsor's preferences there may be limitations on your ability to reuse a previous password
