In the Production environment at https://secure.fountayn.com:



  1. Hover over your name in the upper right corner of your Fountayn desktop. In the drop-down menu that appears, click on 'Profile'.

  1. Click 'Edit Sign In Information' 

  1. On the screen that follows (shown below), please fill in the requested information.


Password Rules: 

  • Passwords are case sensitive
  • Must be 8-20 characters in length
  • Must start with a letter
  • Must include at least one number
  • Must include at least one non-hyphen character
  • Must have at least 5 unique characters
  • Depending on the Sponsor's preferences there may be limitations on your ability to reuse a previous password





Immediately upon typing the first character of the password, you will see a message indicating that the password does not meet requirements. This is intended and will continue to display until the new password meets the proper criteria.
