This article covers the contents of the study milestones metrics report and how to export the report.

The Study Milestone Metrics report will display a summary of milestones at the study and site level for each study. When the Study Milestone Metrics is accessed the Select a Study screen will appear as a study must be selected to display the Study Milestone Metrics.

When a study is selected and the Save button is clicked, the Study Milestone Metrics for the selected study will appear. The Report will display the study selected milestone metrics.

The Study Milestone Metrics table will provide columns “Milestone”, “Site”, “Target Date”, “Actual Date”, “Difference”, “# of Times Projected Changed”, and “Comment”. The Difference field will display the difference between the Target and Actual dates. The # of Times Projected Changed will display the number of times a milestone’s projected date was updated during the study. Selecting the Milestone value will direct the user to Study or Site Milestone for

Note: The # of Times Projected is based on the manual update of the Projected Date. Calculated projected date changes are not accounted for the value.

Exports

By clicking the options Excel, CSV or PDF in the Actions menu, the system will provide an export for the Study Milestone Metrics table. The export will also contain an Export Summary table to provide details of the report (user who exported the report, the study used, the role of the user, the generation time and start time of the report export).

Before exporting as a PDF, configure your exports by following the instructions for PDF Configuration.
