Summary

This article covers the contents of the patient visit schedule report and how to export the report.

Table of Contents

The Patient Visit Schedule Report will display a visit schedule for patients with the expected versus actual visit dates. The Patient Visit Schedule will contain columns based on the Visit Date configuration on the study Visit Schedule. When the Patient Visit Schedule is accessed the Select a Study screen will appear and a study must be selected to display the Patient Visit Schedule.

When a study is selected and the Save button is clicked, the Patient Visit Schedule Report for the selected study will appear. The Report will display the patient list based on the study selected.

Each patient record on the list will display the Patient form link (primary and secondary patient identifiers), the study site and each date question configured in the Visit Schedule. Each visit date field will display the Projected Date based on the Date Settings in the Visit Schedule. If an Actual Date is provided for the date field the Actual Date will be displayed. The text will be colored red if the Actual Date is outside of the projected range or green if the date is inside the projected range.

Exports

By clicking the options Excel, CSV or PDF in the Actions menu, the system will provide an export of the Patient Visit Schedule Report table. The export will also contain an Export Summary table to provide details of the report, such as the requesting user, their role, the study chosen, and the generation and start times of the report export.
