The Personnel Manager allows the user to begin the personnel definition process in CTMS by building a repository of all users who work on studies managed in CTMS. Once the Personnel Manager has been populated with user contact information, these users can be quickly associated to a new or existing site, vendor, or study.

Through the Personnel Manager and Add Personnel forms, the personnel record can be linked to a Fountayn account. If the personnel record already has a Fountayn account the personnel record can populate based on the existing account. If the personnel record does not contain a Fountayn account the system can automatically create an account for the user and link the account and personnel record within CTMS.

Documents tied to a personnel record (curriculum vitae, 1572, etc.) can be managed through the Personnel Record Personnel Documents section. These documents can then be referenced in the Regulatory Requirements section.
