  • Age (Days): This is the difference between the Complete Date and the Creation Date.

Site Action Item Aging - The Site Action Item Aging contains the following:

  • Age (Days): This is the difference between the Complete Date and the Creation Date.

  • City, State
  • Country

Active Study Personnel Locations – A map that displays locations of Personnel based on State or equivalent such as Province. The size of the dot represents the total number of personnel.

CRA Listing - The CRA Listing contains the following.

  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Protocol
  • Start Date
  • Stop Date
  • Country

Site Visit Status – A pie chart that displays the percentage total for each Transition Status. There is a Visit Statusfilter that allows the user to filter by Transition Status.

CRA Site Visit Status - The CRA Site Visit Status contains the following.

  • Protocol
  • Study Site Name
  • Reporter Name
  • Status
  • Next Status
  • Visit Type
  • Start Date
  • Stop Date
  • Days at Site – This is the difference between the Stop Date and the Start Date.

CRA Locations – A map that displays locations of CRA based on State or equivalent, such as Province. The size of the dot reflects the total. There is a Protocol filter.

Site Visit Locations – A map that displays locations of Site Visits based on State or equivalent, such as Province. The size of the dot reflects the total. There is a Protocol filter.

Site Visits & Number of Subjects – A bar chart that displays the number of visits and subjects for each Site Name. There is a Protocol filter.

Quarterly Spend – A line graph that displays the total of Site Payments in each applicable quarter. There is a “From and To” filter that allows the user to filter the dates of which the total site payments is calculated.

Site Budget Payment Amounts - The Site Budget Payment Amounts contains the following.

  • Site Name
  • Study Site Name
  • Protocol
  • Frequency
  • Currency
  • Payment Type
  • Description
  • Budgeted Amount
  • Amount

There is a Study Site Name filter, a Site Name filter, and a Description filter.

Total Amendments – A bar chart that displays total number of Amendments. There is a Protocol filter that also filters the Total Submissions widget.

Total Submissions – A bar chart that displays total number of Submissions.

  • Submit Status
  • Age (Days) – The difference between the Current Date and the Create Date.

A Submit Status filter that is defaulted to No.

Site Locations Totals - The Site Locations Totals table contains the following.

  • Total Studies- The total number of studies that that corresponding Site is in.

Site Milestone Performance - The Site Milestone Performance table contains the following.

  • Name
  • Protocol

  • Target Date
  • Actual Date
  • Average Performance (Days) – The average total number of days for each Site Name per Milestone.

Site Visits & Number of Subjects – A bar chart that displays the number of visits and subjects for each Site, grouped by Protocol.

Study Site Enrollment - A bar chart that displays the amount of Actual and Expected enrollees for each Patient Status per Study Site, grouped by Protocol. A Patient Status filter that defaults to “Screened”, also filters the Performance widget. You can filter by Protocol.

Site Enrollment Performance – A line graph that displays the planned Expected and Actual enrollment totals over a period of time.

You can filter by Payment Status (defaulted to Paid) and Approval Status.

Quarterly Study Site Payments - The Quarterly Study Site Payments table contains the following.

  • Quarter Fulfilled
  • Study Site Name
  • Description
  • Patient
  • Currency
  • Amount

You can filter by Payment Status (defaulted to Paid), Quarter, and Description.

Deviation Status – A pie chart that displays the total % of all Deviation statuses.

Total Deviations - The Total Deviations table contains the following.

  • Protocol
  • Deviation category
  • Study Site Name
  • Description
  • Status
  • Count – Displays the total number of each Deviation, with a Grand Total row at the bottom of the table.

You can filter by Protocol.

Study Enrollment – A bar chart that displays the Actual and Expected enrollment totals for each Patient Status, grouped by Protocol. You can filter by Patient Status.

Study Enrollment Forecasting – A line graph that displays Actual and Expected enrollment and a projection of future totals over a period of time. A Patient Status filter that is defaulted to “Screened”.

You can Filter by Therapeutic Area, Protocol, Indication, and Country.

Site Deviation Status – A Pie chart that shows the percentage of each status, grouped by Site Name on the outside ring, and then overall percentage of each status in the middle ring. You can filter by Site Name.

Site Deviations - The Site Deviations table contains the following.

  • Action Taken
  • Transition Status

Total Site Deviations - The Total Site Deviations table contains the following.

  • Study Site Name
  • Site Name

  • Total – The total number of Deviations per Site Name and Protocol.

Total Site Visits vs. Total Number of Subjects – A Bar chart that displays the total number of visits and subjects per Site.
