Summary

This article provides an overview of the access report and the information it provides.



If a user has permission to view application history, the Workgroup Detail Screen will contain a tab called “Access Report.” The Access Report indicates the first date someone was given access to a tool and the date their access was removed.


To view the Access Report, check the box next to the tool whose access you want to view. Then select the Access Report tab. A Zip file containing the Access Report will download to your computer.

The Access Report will contain the following information:


  • Username
  • Full Name
  • Trial Name (if applicable)
  • Tool Name
  • Role
  • Date the Access was Granted
  • Who Granted Access
  • Date the Access was Removed (if applicable)
  • Who Removed the Access (if applicable)
