Overview
Fountayn’s Ad-Hoc Reports is a tool for the creation of reports on data in Fountayn applications. Permissions can be set per role for each report. The level of access is set to allow a user to create (with read/write access) or view (with read-only access) reports. It can be accessed through Fountayn’s EDC & Medical CodingTM solution.
This manual is intended for use by anyone interested in creating reports of system data using excel, text, SAS, graphs and tables, as collected by Fountayn’s EDC & Medical CodingTM product.
Report Types
Three types of Ad-Hoc Reports can be created:
- Report – a single table report or graph report
- Union Report – combines multiple tables of the same data structure into a single report
- Report Package – combines multiple reports into a single export file
Edit Ad-Hoc Reports
Though each type of report serves a different purpose, all reports are accessed, copied and deleted in the same way.
Access Ad-Hoc Reports
The Ad-Hoc Reports page contains a list of all existing Ad-Hoc Reports. If you need to return to a report to complete the creation process or edit a report, it can be accessed from the Ad-Hoc Reports page by clicking the corresponding Components link.
