With standardized visits, forms can be designated as visits that are then viewable in the Visit Manager and the calendar. Standardized visits also support the entry of expected visit dates and visit windows to facilitate planning.

Visit Manager

Once a visit has been saved, it can be viewed in the Visit Manager

  1. Access the Visit Manager by either clicking the ‘Visits’ tab or by clicking a specific visit in the calendar.

  2. On the Visit Manager, you can view information related to the visits.

Note: The data displayed in the Visit Manager will depend on the trial configuration.

Calendar

After a form with a question configured for standardized visits has been saved, additional information related to the visit’s expected state will be added to the calendar.

Note: Expected dates will only be added if the trial is configured to include expected dates.

Available Columns and Filter Types
