Instruction rememberQstId
Overview
This instruction stores the specified question Id value under a specified name. The value can be accessed with prefix “&&” and the name in the Question Id column on the same panel only. This instruction has an effect not only for the current cell, but for the current row. At the end of the calculation of the current row, the question Id is forgotten.
Question Id
Required. Question path for the desired question.
Value
Required. Name under which the question is stored.
Input value
Unused.
Example
Question Id | Instruction | Value |
gastro $>&¤t | rememberQstId $>questionUniqueID | current $> |
&¤t | paramListLookup | peorresEx |
&¤t | paramListLookup | pestatEx |
In this example, the question Id “gastro” would have to be used three times for different cells. For better maintainability the question Id “gastro” is remembered in (row) variable “current” and accessed with “&¤t” subsequently. For the case that a panel needs to be copied multiple times (maybe one panel per lab test is required), this is a big help, as only one change per copied panel is required.
Form Type Id | Question Id | Instruction | Value | Column Number | Column Title | Data Type |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
aeterm $>&&term | rememberQstId $>qst | term $> | 7 | AETERM |
