Instruction formatDate

Overview

Reformats a date or partial date value. The desired date format needs to be stored in the value configuration. If no valid question Id is configured and no valid input value is available, then some variables are checked for valid date questions: atQst, atQstDate, atQstTime.

Question Id

Optional. Specify a date or partial date question path here, when the instruction should work on the question’s value.

Value

Required. A valid date format string. Information about valid partial date formats can be found in the Partial Date guide.

Input value

Optional. The input value is used, when no question Id is configured.
