Instruction appendConst
Overview
Appends a constant value to either the input value or the configured question value.
Question Id
If this is configured, then the value of the configured question is used as base value to which the constant value needs to be appended to.
Value
This needs to be a constant. If there should be white-space characters at the front or the end of the string, then the constant needs to be qualified with either quote or double quote characters, see Qualifying Strings.
Input value
When no question Id is configured, the the constant is appended to the input value.
