This article covers the contents of the study budget report and how to export the report.

The Study Budget Report provides the budgets as defined on the Study Budgets, Site Budgets, and Vendor Budgets for each study. By default the report pulls across all studies but can be filtered on the Study, Budget Type and Budget Owner fields.
The report columns are “Study Name”, “Budget Type”, “Budget Owner”, “Total Budgeted”, “Total Paid”, “Difference” and “Budget Status”. The Budget Status will display the percentage of the Total Budget versus Total Paid and display “Under” if the total paid is under the total budget or “Over” if total paid is over the total budget amount.
Exports
By clicking the options Excel or CSV in the Actions menu, the system will provide an export of the Study Budget table. The export will also contain an Export Summary table to provide details of the report, such as the requesting user, their role, the study chosen, and the generation and start times of the report export.
