The Milestone Summary Report will show a summary of study and site milestones at the enterprise level or study specific data on “Past Due Milestones”, “Upcoming Milestones” and “Milestone Averages”.

Each report will list the top milestones based on the Number of Top Listed Reports in the CTMS Settings.

When the Milestone Summary Report is accessed the report displays the status for milestones across all studies. To view the trends for a particular study, select the study from the Select Study multi-dropdown selection.

To view a section of the report, simply select from the navigation menu. To remove a section from view, select once again.

Past Due Milestones

Past Due Milestones will show milestones that are past due based on the projected date being prior to today’s date and no Actual Date defined. The table will display columns “Study”, “Site”, “Milestone”, “Projected Date” and “Past Due By”.

Upcoming Milestones

The Upcoming Milestones will show milestones that are upcoming, have a Projected Date after today’s date and no Actual Date defined. The table will display columns “Study”, “Site”, “Milestone”, “Projected Date” and “Days Till Completion”.

Milestone Averages

The Milestone Averages will use the Standard Milestones defined in CTMS Settings to display the average number of days between the targeted and actual date for all studies with data for the Standard Milestone.

Exports

By clicking the options Excel, CSV, or PDF in the Actions menu, the system will provide an export of the Milestone Summary tables. The export will also contain an Export Summary table to provide details of the report, such as the requesting user, their role, the study chosen and the generation and start times of the report export.
