Summary
This article covers the functionalities of the milestone manager.

The Milestone Manager displays all milestones associated to studies. The Milestone Manager gives an easy view of Study Milestones and Site Milestones with their Actual, Projected and Target dates.
Access Milestone Manager
From within the CTMS platform, click the expandable menu to the left of the screen, select Milestones.
Available Columns and Filter Types
The Milestone Manager is comprised of columns that can be dragged and dropped between the Manager and Filters Menu. The values of the Milestone column serve as a link to the study or site milestone screen for the records they represent. The values of the Study column serve as a link to the Edit Study form for the records they represent. For more information see the article on CTMS Managers.
The following table defines each column, the actions made available through the column value and the filters and sorts available.

Note: Users with a restricted role without Site Level permissions will not have the Site column and site milestones will not appear in the manager.
Actions
The Actions Menu can be expanded by clicking and contains the following options.
Exports
By selecting the options Excel or CSV, the system will provide an export of the data. The content of this export will be based on the filters applied to the table at the time of export.
Choose an Action – Press Go
The Choose an Action – Press Go dropdown can be expanded by clicking and contains the following options.
Deletion
A Milestone record can be deleted and restored through the Milestone Manager.
To Delete
To delete a Milestone, the Active Milestone Status must be set to Active Only.
- Select the checkbox by the Milestone record.
- Select Delete Checked in the Choose an Action Press-Go dropdown.
- Select Delete All button on the Confirmation Page.
To Restore
To restore a deleted milestone, the Active Milestone Status must be set to Deleted Only.
- Select the checkbox by the Milestone record.
- Select Restore Checked in the Choose an Action Press-Go dropdown.
- Select Restore All button on the Confirmation Page.
