The Communication functionality in CTMS provides the tools to interact with individuals and groups of individuals that are involved with your CTMS or study activity. The CTMS Manager organizes your incoming and outgoing correspondence, much like a standard email inbox/outbox. This functionality is only available to unrestricted roles.
