This article describes how to edit or delete contact items, edit permissions, and move contacts.

Once Contacts have been created, they can be edited at any time by Administrators and the user that created the contact.

Edit or Delete Contact Items

Folder names, Contacts and Contact groups can be edited and deleted by selecting the appropriate icon.


Multiple items can be deleted at the same time by checking the checkbox beside the contact items and clicking the ‘Delete’ tab.

Edit Permissions

  1. In the file structure, locate the appropriate folder, contact or contact group.
  2. Check the checkbox beside the items with a permission that needs to change.
  3. Hover the mouse over the ‘Permission’ tab and select the new permission.
  4. On the ‘Change Permission’ screen, click the ‘Change’ button to confirm the change.

Move Contacts

  1. In the file structure, locate the appropriate contact or contact group.
  2. Check the checkbox beside the items that need to be moved.
  3. Hover the mouse over the ‘Move to’ tab and select the appropriate folder.
  4. On the ‘Change Folder’ form, click the ‘Change’ button to confirm the change.
