Table of Contents

A User Quality score is a metric used to determine the quality of user-entered data. A numeric range between 0 and 100 (with 0 being the best) indicates how well the user performs when entering data.

Note: Only those with access to Enterprise Manager can view user quality scores.

Note: Only Production Sites are included in the calculation, Training Sites are not included.

The User Quality score takes the following three components into account:

  • Data points entered – The number of manually entered value audits a user has in the system
  • Data points SDV’d – The number of data points that have been SDV’d where the user manually entered the last value
  • Queries that caused data change – The number of times that the user was the last to enter data on a question with an answer that was changed while a query was open on the question

The score calculation is: (Queries that changed user entered data) / (User data points SDV’d) * 100

Basic User Quality Score

The User Quality Score can be viewed in the Enterprise Manager on any member’s detail screen. As shown in the following sections, you can hover the mouse cursor over the score to view the current number of data points entered, the number of data points entered and SDV’d, and the number of data points changed by a query.

Before 200 SDV’d Data Points

At least 200 data points must be SDV’d before the system will calculate a user quality score. Prior to 200 data points, the User Quality Score will display ‘N/A.’

After 200 SDV’d Data Points

Once 200 data points have been SDV’d the system will display the user quality score on the member details screen.
